Anne Corbett is a partner with the law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto where she specializes in the areas of corporate commercial law and health law with a special emphasis on corporate governance and system integrations. Anne is involved in providing advice to health service providers including hospitals and hospital foundations.

Anne is the co-author of the Ontario Hospital Association's Guide to Good Governance, Hospital edition and the Guide to Good Governance for Charities and Not-for-Profit Organizations and is a frequent speaker on topics related to directors, fiduciary duties, governance and accountability and system integration.
